No. PitchSD Ltd Limited is not a bank and is not authorised by the FCA or PRA to provide banking services. We are currently conducting market research to assess interest in a proposed financial services platform. No application for regulatory authorisation has been submitted. There is no guarantee that PitchSD Ltd will apply for authorisation, receive authorisation, or launch any services.
We are targeting 2027 for a potential beta pilot, subject to obtaining regulatory authorisation. Timelines are aspirational and may change significantly. There is no guarantee of any launch. Waitlist members would receive communications about progress.
FSCS protection is not currently in place. If PitchSD obtains authorisation as a deposit-taking institution in the future, eligible deposits will be protected by the FSCS subject prevaling limits. However, this is conditional on regulatory authorisation which has not been obtained. Until authorisation is granted and confirmed, no FSCS protection applies. No money is currently held by PitchSD in any deposit or savings capacity.
